For myself, I live because I have yet to die. Not much other reason, actually. I take things as they come - when I die, I'll die. Until then, I'll live. :-)
Absolutely right. Also, it's good to be prepared to go forward with it when you do find it. It's not free. It requires some self-awareness, emotionally. So it's a good idea not to numb down, even if you can, during the painful or lonely times.
Just keep living. The reasons will find you eventually.
