Is there hope after losing your true love?

I just recently lost my wife from a physical ailment she's had for quite some time. She was and still means the world to me.........She was the only one that truly cared so much about me. Well any way since her death I have lost any faith/hope of finding someone like her. Do you think it's possible?Is there hope after losing your true love?
Don't lose heart, I have known a lot of men within my family and friends that lost their first wife only to find someone else within a year or two of her passing.


I truly believe there is more than one for each of us it just depends on the circumstances.


Just recently one of our friends lost his wife(2years ago) and last August he remarried. Also another friend lost his wife a dear friend of ours and he had a 4 year old son to raise he found someone new about 10 years later.


Its not exactly the same but it is companionship.Is there hope after losing your true love?

i realize im young at only 16 but i lost my father due to a heartattak when i was 7 years old


my mom hasnt remarried yet but has been dating a guy for over a year and a half now he makes her so happy my mom talks about how she feels blessed to have had two loves of her life and that my father will always be the love of her life but that she is looking for someone now to just spend the rest of her life with. I believe it can happen and that through everything it makes you stronger, not to say things wont be hard cause they will but dont give up
It might sound harsh but there is Always love out there. Whether a person is right or not you will have to decide. Just like when you chose to stay with your wife. you made her your world, therefore she was. im sure you loved her very much. you are very strong for continuing on. Kudos!
I think you should wait awhile.. And not find someone who is just like her because then you'll find things that your wife had and what she doesnt which will make you miss her much more. Take a break and find someone who you arejust naturally drawn too.. Don't force it.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Finding somebody like her again?....maybe not, but you can find love again..if you're heart is open to it. I wish you luck.
Absolutely!! There's always someone out there that will love you back. Just be patient. Love will come knocking again someday.

it's hard to find someone like her but it's all in your heart to search for...
